Alta Vista is not just a typical condominium
project it is a condotel project that is ready
for occupancy.

There are only 30 units per floor. Which
makes Alta Vista Low density. It is also fully
furnished. As low as 5% down payment you
could get keys.

What makes us different from other
developers aside from being the lowest in
price in terms of per sqm, is the percentage
of space allocated to open space/amenity
area. 60% or more is for open space alone.
When buying a condominium especially in
the Philippines it is impt to know how many
bldgs and units in one project because you
own part of the common area. If common
area is big when the time comes and the
bldg is condemned already it will be decided
by the majority if property will be for selling
or renovation. If for selling this includes the
common area and you get a percentage
ownership of the common area. It is by law
in the Philippines to allocate only 20% open
space per project but we never liked
cramped and high density projects. So
having 60% open space is one of DMCI`s
signatures.
